2011 Summit Awards

BlackStone Studio has been working and collaborating with Rhapsody Realty Services for over a year now. I’ve participated in the design of many ad campaigns for their clients, one of which is Armadillo Homes.
In the past year, I’ve posted several ads that I’ve designed for them. I’m very proud to share that two of the projects I worked on, with Rhapsody Realty Services, for Armadillo Homes have won 2011 Summit Awards. The awards were for Best Black and White Ad and for Best Home Builder Promotion. Above is a picture of the eagle award (photography by BlackStone Studio) and below the award winning ads. In addition, I also collaborated in the Armadillo Homes newest ad design that showcases all five of the 2011 Summit Awards they won this year (far right).

Monday, June 13th, 2011Ever since I started this blog, I have used it mostly for the purpose of sharing the design work that I do in BlackStone Studio. For a while now I’ve been wanting to post more informative articles because there are a lot tips, tutorials and information that I would love to blog about!
As some of you may know, I was teaching part time at Northwest Vista College. Now that my last semester has ended, I’ve felt an even stronger motivation to continue sharing the knowledge and finally start posting these types of articles in addition to the ones that showcase my work. I hope that these new articles help clients and also aspiring graphic designers that follow my blog.
